Domestic
We are experts in domestic rewiring, be it a full rewire of all general lighting and power circuits or a partial rewire such as a lighting circuit with no earth conductors present. All works that are completed are to the highest standard and once the job is completed all areas will be fully cleaned and all rubbish removed before we leave.
To comply with the new regulations, all modern distributions boards are split-load. This means you will have the additional protection of a RCD on lighting and power circuits, all fuses are now MCBs so easy to operate.
Commercial Premises
We are highly experienced in commercial installations and can accommodate every requirement whether it is for offices, shops or public buildings. We have the capability to design, install, test, certify commission and maintain all electrical circuits, machines and accessories.
In addition we offer a 24 hour emergency call out service. We do not charge any call out fee, an hourly rate will be charged from the time the engineer arrives.
Testing
Periodic Inspection
To comply with the new regulations it is recommended that all domestic properties are tested and inspected every 10 years, we can test your property for you giving you peace of mind that the electrical services in your home are safe for you and your family.
The tests that are carried out as a part of this inspection and test are:
- Visual inspection
- Continuity of earth conductors
- Continuity of ring final circuits
- Polarity
- Insulation Resistance
- Earth Loop Impedance
- RCD Tests
After the tests are complete we will issue you with a detailed periodic inspection report along with a test certificate.
